Action, analysis of the existing way of working. Specification of software modules and internal system interfaces. Introduction of functional use cases including message sequence charts to model the dynamic SW Architecture. Agile project methods based on Anatomy Planning, use case-oriented system test and release management.
Introduction of ARM CPU cores, earliest possible Common Criteria Evaluation to avoid late HW changes. Concurrent operation of TPM based electronic SIM for network operators and the electronic payment systems enabled via additional interfaces and communication stacks.
